Maveon today announced that its app for discovering, planning and remembering trips is now available on Android, bringing Discover, Plan, Journey and Moments Studio to a new set of devices for the first time.
Maveon launched on iPhone on September 19, 2025, built around a simple idea: that the places worth visiting deserve the same care as the trip itself. Ten months later, that same app is arriving on Android, built from the ground up for the platform rather than adapted from the original.
A familiar experience, rebuilt for Android
Everything that shaped Maveon on iPhone carries over. The same three ideas of Discover, Plan and Journey. The same attention to detail in Moments Studio. The same account, so plans and places follow a traveler across every device they own. Nothing has been trimmed down for the new platform.
- Discover. Restaurants, stays, flights and things to do, surfaced with the same curated feel as on iPhone.
- Plan. An evening or an entire trip, built the way people actually travel, from a saved place to a finished plan.
- Journey. A living map of everywhere a traveler has been, filled in automatically as trips happen.
- Moments Studio. Turning a favorite memory from a trip into something physical, made to keep.
- Passport and achievements. A running record of where someone has been and what they've done along the way.
- One account. Sign in once, and every place, plan and memory follows across iPhone and Android.
Built for Android, not ported to it
Rather than wrap the iPhone app in a compatibility layer, Maveon's Android app was built natively, following Android's own conventions for navigation, gestures and system integration. The result looks and feels like an Android app first, while staying true to the ideas that define Maveon everywhere it runs.
Support for Android also means a shared trip no longer has to stop at the edge of one phone platform. Friends and family planning together can now do so regardless of which device they carry, with the same trip, the same places and the same plan in front of everyone.
Availability
Maveon for Android is available today as a free download on Google Play. Maveon for iPhone remains available on the App Store. Both versions share the same account, so moving between them, or using both, carries every trip and memory along.
