How do I create an account?
Download Maveon from the App Store and open the app. Tap Get started and sign up with your Apple ID or email address.
Is Maveon free to use?
Yes, Maveon is free to download and use. Some features are available through Maveon Pro, a subscription plan. You can see what's included on the Pro page.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone to cancel at any time.
My app is crashing or not loading correctly.
Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem persists, make sure you have the latest version installed from the App Store. You can also try signing out and back in from your profile settings.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap Forgot password and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to set a new password. You can also use the password reset page.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly in the app via Profile → Account → Delete account, or visit our account deletion page for more options.
